Return Policy

Free Returns in the continental United States (With Return Authorization)
All orders a backed by a 30-day money back guarantee.
 
Important Notice
Please read this notice carefully before opening your package or making a return. 
 
To ensure the perfect quality and presentation our customers expect we cannot accept returns on opened or even partially opened fragrance packages.
 
Should you still want to return your unopened purchase for any reason within 30 days of purchase, please call our customer service number below for a return authorization number. No returns will be accepted without prior authorization and an accompanying RA Number.
 
Please also note if your purchase included a gift with purchase you will need to return the unopened gift as well in order to receive your refund. If your order was sent via complimentary shipping please note that the standard shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.  We try our very best to ensure all returns are credited by the next billing cycle. Sales Tax

State laws require that we charge applicable sales tax on orders shipped to addresses in the state of New York and California only. All orders delivered outside of New York and California will not be charged sales tax.

Sorry, we cannot split payments onto separate cards or pay methods. Please note all charges and refunds are posted in US Dollars.

Damage Claims

In the unlikely event that your order or part of your order arrives damaged, please email or call customer service immediately so we can notify UPS and file a damage claim. Please keep all packaging materials for five business days after notifying us and a replacement will be sent to you.

Cancellations

Our website is an automated system and therefore orders cannot be cancelled after they are placed. If a cancel option appears next to your order in your order history section then you may cancel your order.

Coupons and Discounts

Occasionally we feature promotional items, gifts with purchases, coupons and scout codes. Follow these simple steps for redeeming a coupon or discount code.

On the "Proceed to Checkout" page, enter the code exactly as it appears, in the box next to "Coupon Code:"
Click "apply" and your discount will be applied and shown at checkout.
